In the wake of my ex-wife'S tragic death from complications dUe to an eating disorder, I faced an overwhelming mix of emotions. She was the mother of my son, once the love of my life, but also my abuser. As a single father already grappling with anxiety and complex PTSD, every day beCame a struggle to rebuild amidst the sHadows of grief and trauma. This collection of poetry, art, and music is my journey through grief, resilience, and the difficult task of reclaiming my life after abuse.
